Cross Oil Refining & Marketing, Inc. is an Arkansas based refiner of process and base oils established in 1922.  The company operates a 7,500 barrel refinery in Smackover, Arkansas and finished lubricant blending and packaging plants in Smackover and Kansas City.  Cross is currently making lubricants for grease manufacturers, tire manufacturers, major oil companies, farm store chains, auto parts wholesalers and oil distributors throughout North America and in 40 foreign countries.  Cross is a member of the independent lubricant manufacturers association and is an ISO 9001-2008 registered company.  Complete details of the Cross Packaging program are posted in the "Supplier Programs" section of www.vipar.com.
